We received a request stating, 'There is no demo unit using eight types of sensors such as temperature and acceleration, so I would like you to create one.' Therefore, this time we developed a system that shows the operational status of the sensors on an iPad app, including circuit board design and production, hardware and software development, and cover production. Since all design and production are carried out in-house, changes and additions can be made immediately. Customers do not need to negotiate or coordinate with circuit board manufacturers or design companies. "We received a request to measure the body temperature of more than 10 living organisms simultaneously and non-contact, and to upload the data immediately to the customer's unique server for confirmation on a PC." "In response, PROTEC selected suitable components for the system and utilized microcontroller control know-how to miniaturize the embedded module to the desired finger size specified by the customer. We used wireless communication to collect data from the embedded module, and successfully completed six months of communication testing in our internal tests." "Being able to create a custom device system that allows for specifications to be tailored and data uploaded to a dedicated server, as in this case, is one of our strengths." 【Challenges】 ■ We want to easily obtain data for research on the state of living organisms. ■ The measurement module embedded in the organism needs to be small, finger-sized, battery-operated, and have a long lifespan. ■ While other products can measure body temperature, they require confirmation like a thermometer. ■ The network environment itself must also be built specifically for that product, leading to additional costs and maintenance fees. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
